What can I do with my area carpet fringe when it gets old and dirty?

Many of our customers ask us this question so we took a look at all of the newer area rugs on the market.  We noticed the fringe on the newer rugs is no longer.  We are honestly suggesting to any client with fringe problems to simply cut it off evenly.  They do make products for cleaning this but the process takes weeks and can be very costly so we don’t provide it.  On top of that it is a fading style so most people want to get rid of it anyway.  The only time I would say not to cut it off is if it is a valuable rug and this will take away value from the piece.  As always if you have any questions or problems just give us a call and we will help you out.
