Can we keep our pets out during carpet cleaning?

I would say 50 % of the households we clean have pets. We love animals for a couple reasons. Number one they are a good ice breaker because we are animal lovers, and 2 they create messes that need our expertise. We have no problem with you keeping your animals out while we clean but we do want to caution you that the front door will be open about 6 inches to let our vacuum hoses in.

We do whatever we can to try and keep that crevice as small as possible but some animals are escape artists and we really don’t want to lose “Fido”. If you feel your animal will stay in the house and not run we encourage you to leave them be because it makes our cleaning experience more enjoyable as well.
