Why does cat vomit always seem to leave more of a stain then dog vomit?

The biggest problem with cat vomit is the wet food they eat has very powerful dies in it.  This is why the stain they leave is always a very strong color, and near impossible to move sometimes.  The best way to prevent this is to get the stain up as fast as possible from the minute it happened.
