Many carpet cleaning companies will show up to your house with a spot cleaning kit. If they don’t have one as mentioned in other articles they shouldn’t be allowed to clean your carpets because they aren’t giving you the best cleaning they can be. When we bring our spot cleaning kit into your house its not to steal all of your money like many companies do. For example some companies will charge up to $25 to clean one grease mark off of your carpet with a special chemical treatment.
We here at J and R’s don’t up charge for spot cleaning because we feel it should be factored in to the cost of the Carpet cleaning. If we were to charge you for every spot we treat your bill would end up being outrageous, and you would end up not calling us back. We want returning customers, and then down the road we would love to get their kids carpets when they buy a home.
