When we enter bedrooms for carpet cleaning we generally only do what we consider traffic lanes. If there is a small chest or chair we generally move it.
When a customer calls us they are always looking to get the cheapest price possible. We explain to them that to have us move their big heavy dresser, night stands, and bed frames it would have to drastically increase their cost of cleaning because its obviously much more work, and risk of injury for us as a business.
Plus we also like to explain that if they haven’t moved the big heavy dresser, etc then its most likely not dirty underneath it because the weight of the piece of furniture locks out the dust etc. our wand reaches about 6 inches under your bed on all sides too which is generally the only area underneath the bed that would be dirty or have any dust as well. We try to make the customers cleaning experience not only incredible, but also cost effective. We aren’t trying to take money out of your pockets that isn’t needed.
