Everyone always has there favorite spot in a home. Whether it be a certain corner of a couch laying down, or a nice reclining chair in the corner that you always watch TV in. Generally in our furniture and upholstery cleaning experience, those spots end up with grease spots on both the head rest, and the arm rests from daily used, and grease from your hair or hands. Being realistic it is going to happen over time because as many of us know the covers for the head rest and arm rests end up on the floor, in the cushions, or the dog uses them as a chew toy.
We CAN help you with these spots depending on severity. What we do is come in with a powerful grease cutting pre-spray and blast the effected areas. We then let it sit for a while and use our upholstery tool to pump in a heated mixture of water and detergent, and then extract it back out into our truck. We may have to go over the area a few times which will be determined based on the material type, and once again the severity of the spot.
After we are done we wipe up any splashed water and in about 6-7 hours you should be able to sit on the couch without it being damp.(This is longer then our regular drying time due to the amount of water needed to break up the solid grease) And as always the faster you get us into your homes and the more you keep up with the furniture and upholstery cleaning the better the results will be!
