Many times the sheers that we get for cleaning are old, dirty, and very brittle from years of neglect, and sun exposure. Whenever we take drapes, or sheers the first thing we look at is how strong the hem is as if it is weak, or loose they can break in the cleaning process. We will always notify you before hand if we see any problems, and let you know that this is not our responsibility. Unfortunately from the years you neglected these pieces you actually have almost encouraged this to happen. We do have a lady we use to do repairs if something goes wrong, but we will always talk to you on her price before we initiate anything!
