What happens if a stain won’t come out with your standard cleaning process?

If we try our spotters with the combination of our cleaning process and it doesn’t come out that usually means that one of these things happened:

1. You set the stain by attempting to clean it with your spotter before we got an attempt at it

2. The stain has a strong dye in it and has actual changed the color make up of your fibers.

3. You spilled a hot beverage and it actually singed your fibers in the process the same way an iron would.

4.  the stain is from animal urine, or bile.  Animal urine and bile can actually cause color loss within your carpet and we obviously can’t replace color!
