What happens if a tile pops during the cleaning process?

We always do a walk through and examine tile and grout lines before the cleaning process begins.  We always will notify you of loose tiles and cracking grout lines.    We will also warn you if we see any problem areas before hand.  We have never had a tile pull up on us that we didn’t forewarn the customer about before the cleaning job.  Unfortunately you never know what will happen with old cracked grout lines as your shooting 900lbs of pressure out with 200 degree water to get the best cleaning results possible for our customers.
