There are many different things that we think about when asked this question. Number one is how well do we know the family we are carpet cleaning for. We generally wont do a cleaning without the person being home the first time because if they misplaced something, or a thought a stain might come out that didn’t they are going to blame us. We here at J and R’s trust our workers tremendously, but we still don’t like to put them in that position.
