Here’s a run down of what goes on once we are inside of your house so you can read this article, and feel like you have a grasp on what should be done, and just really so you know whats going on every step along the way.1. We will show up to your house promptly, and introduce ourselves.2. We will ask you to show us what you would like to have done.3. We will walk through all of the places, or items that we are going to clean and check spots to see if there’s anything we see that could be color loss, staining, etc.
4. We will run solution, and vacuum hoses in through your front door off of our truck, as well as bring in our vacuum wand, traffic lane prespray container, and fabric treatment basket.
5. We will pre-spray the heavily soiled traffic lanes throughout your house.
6. We will now do a thorough carpet cleaning with our wand in two directions to make sure we are getting the maximum amount of soil out of your carpets, and also to make sure we are pulling your carpet fibers to their fullest possible length.
7. We will slide your furniture out and clean underneath it then throw it on foam blocks, or plastic disks to make sure there is no wood bleeding or rust.
After all this is done we generally chat with the house owner and go over what we did, as well as point out any problem spots we saw, or smelled. Sometimes with heat a saturated urination spot can have its smell uplifted. We will generally offer you a product that kills this bacteria and also let you know that we sell a carpet protectant. We are not pushy about our sales mechanisms at all. If the customer decides they don’t want any of these extra treatments we will have them give us the payment for the job, wrap up the truck, and be on our way. We don’t have to empty any of the dirty water at your house because we have two 100 gallon tanks in the truck that hold fresh water and waste water. Depending on how many jobs we have done that day we may need to hook up to your water tap outside of your house, but that’s it. Quick, Simple, Easy, and Extremely Effective.
