The time of the year plays a huge part in how long you will have to wait to have your carpets cleaned due to the amount of business we have. If you call in the middle of summer obviously most people are getting their Carpets, Draperies, and Upholstery cleaned since there is no snow on the ground so we will be booking out 3 to 5 days. If you call in the middle of winter however when we are in our slower season it can be as quick as the same day or up to 3 days. If there is an emergency however we will squeeze you in as fast as we can, and make it work for both of us.
