There are a couple of things we ask you to do to prepare for our carpet cleaning process to be able to give you the most thorough cleaning possible:
1. We always ask you to remove any and all nick knacks so we can shift and move as much furniture as possible
2. We also leave it up to you to take any small pieces of furniture out of the room like magazine racks, firewood holders etc.
3. In bedroom areas we ask you to tuck your bed skirts into the underside of your mattress so there is no chance for us to get them wet.
4. If you have any problem areas that you know of please be ready to show us them when we get into your home and are doing our walk through.
5. We ask that you have bedrooms, and all areas that we are going to clean ready to go when we get there. We have many jobs during the day and it really causes us problems when we have to go around picking up your shoes, clothes, etc.
Other then that if you have any problems etc give us a call. If you are unable to do any of this just contact us and let us know so we can book a little bit of extra time to help you complete these things.
