We here at J and R’s carpet, drapery, and upholstery cleaners pride ourselves on being prompt. At most we will give you a half hour range of when we will be there but we aren’t like the cable companies that give you a 3 hour range and show up late. If you need us to be at your home exactly at a certain time since you are leaving on lunch break or have an appointment somewhere else just tell us and we will put in our book precise next to your scheduled appointment so we know no earlier or later. We want this process to go as smooth, and fast as the customer does.
