Any piece of furniture with wood or metal bottoms we will always tab, or prop up with blocks. Any pieces with black powder coated metal won’t rust, and neither will plastic. If there ever was a rust stain under a piece we have the products to remove these. The only thing that we can’t work with is wood stain on carpets. This is meant to be permanent so 99% of the time it will be no matter what cleaning product we apply to it. This is also the reason why many people that clean there own carpets end up doing damage.
