Many of us are pet lovers. This is a package deal that sometimes comes with accidental urination spots. Don’t panic.
- First, grab paper towels and dab until you think you’ve soaked up most the moisture.
- Use club soda or white vinegar and water to wet the spot as best as possible. Continue dabbing until dry again.
- After you’ve removed the urine spot, spray with an enzyme odor remover so your pet won’t return to that spot.
You may run into problems however if the urine soaked through the backing of the carpet and into the padding as you will not be able to reach that with just your general cleaning. That may be time to call in the experts.
