Every company you have come in is going to do a different process but ours is very effective. 
We first like to be led through the areas of your home that we are going to be cleaning. From here we will determine the farthest point from our truck and run our solution and vacuum hoses there as well as equipment. After we have everything set up and running we will begin to lay down our tile and grout pre spray. What this does is help break up all of the soil particles on your tiles and in your grout lines.
After the pre spray is laid down we take a grout scrub brush and start hand scrubbing all of your grout lines to agitate as much soil as possible. We do this in all of the areas of your home that need cleaning and then its on to the heavy equipment. The way we clean your floors is with a machine called and sx-12 that shoots out an extremely hot detergent/water mixture at an extremely high pressure. The pressure needs to be high in order to break up all of the settled soil in your floors.
We move this machine back and forth across the main walk areas of your floor until we have got as much soil out as we can. From here we grab our next tool which is used to get along all of the edges as well as smaller areas like behind the toilet etc.
Once all the floors are cleaned we go back in with a towel and try to wipe up any excess left over. We will then have the owner do an inspection with us to make sure they are happy and as always it helps to have an extra set of eyes to see if there is anything we may have missed. We will then sit down and talk to the owner while writing up the bill and answer any questions they have on the process we just completed or what they can do to make their tile floors last longer or stay cleaner. Some tile and grout may be too far gone for us to do anything with as some people don’t realize tile and grout soil just like your carpet does. We will notify you of what we believe we can do with your floors before we start however to make sure everyone is happy with the end result.
