Almost every time we go into a house to clean a piece of furniture we see one or two watermarks on them. These seem like they aren’t a big deal to most people but these little devils can be a serious pain for us to get out when we are doing your upholstery cleaning. The problem with water stains is they don’t just clean out with a little bit of cleaning. They need to be flushed out the same way they were put in and that’s with a supplemental amount of water.
Depending on the material this may not be a big deal but there are certain materials out there as well that we cant get to wet or we will have to deal with shrinking.
On a side not if you spill water on your couch, or any liquid that is clear you should dab it as fast as possible with a paper towel, and then take a hair dryer to it for as long as it takes until you don’t see the water mark or feel moisture anymore. You may look funny while your doing it but you could be saving your upholstery from serious injury! Many people think water will just dry itself but think again!
